Langkofel – normal route

Long, varied and never really hard – a great classic since 1869.

This mighty monolith was first climbed by Paul Grohmann in 1869 and the route is still hugely popular. It is long but never really difficult – on the contrary, very varied and enjoyable.

To enjoy it even more, I recommend spending the night before at the cosy Toni Demetz hut, so we can start relaxed in the morning.
